2. Definitions

“Company” refers to TaskforcePh BPO.

“Client” refers to any individual, business, or entity that uses our services.

“Services” refers to the business process outsourcing and related offerings provided by TaskforcePh BPO.

“Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding contract between TaskforcePh BPO and the Client.



3. Scope of Services

TaskforcePh BPO provides a variety of outsourcing solutions, including but not limited to:

Customer support and call center operations

Back-office processing

Data entry and management

IT and technical support services



4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when engaging with our services.

Maintaining confidentiality regarding proprietary business information shared during the engagement.



5. Payment & Billing

Payment terms will be outlined in a separate contract or agreement between the Client and TaskforcePh BPO.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges or service suspension.

Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes related to the services rendered.



6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

TaskforcePh BPO is committed to protecting client information. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard data.

We do not disclose or share confidential client information with third parties unless required by law or authorized by the Client.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaskforcePh BPO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers or external circumstances beyond our control.



8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if contractual obligations are not met. TaskforcePh BPO reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of fraudulent activity, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.



9. Changes to Terms

TaskforcePh BPO may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any significant changes may be communicated to Clients via email or other official channels. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.



10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings as applicable.
